At the beginning of new client meetings, our business card exchange usually leads to easy conversation. Not only because they are thick and plastic much like a credit card, but also because each of our employees customize their cards with their own images. There are questions about the images, answered with stories about personal experiences, followed by jokes about swiping the card in exchange for web services or coffee. All of this is great. It helps us to show our new clients that we like to have fun, we like to think outside the box, and we're people they can get to know and trust. 

Sometimes I think it's a shame not everyone gets the opportunity to exchange this combination of cards and stories. Not only because I think highly of the entire team here, but also because some of the cards the team members have designed are really cool!
