FGI is proud to announce that Beverly Caswell has joined the FGI team as Managing Director. Bev will lead the operations and financial sectors of the company. FGI has grown substantially over the last three years and we've gotten to the point that we needed to have a full time operations person to manage our human resources, fiscal responsibility and daily operations management. This is third year of record growth for FGI, and we dubbed year 2008 as our tune and polish year so that we could increase our client satisfaction, our fanatical attention to detail and our quality of service. Bev was just the right person for the position as she brings with her a wealth of customer service and transition management."
Previous to joining the FGI team, Bev spent a combined 31 years with Idearc, Verizon and GTE Directories. Her positions included Sales Operations Manager for NW & SW Regions, including NW Customer Service Manager, NW Credit Card Manager and six months in the United Kingdom on special assignment. FGI is excited to bring on a talented and seasoned professional to help take the company to the next level.
