The 1% pro bono service program of Public Architecture is administered 100% online, connecting hundreds of users around the country. Version 2.0 of TheOnePercent.org website integrates a first-of-its-kind matching system that connects architecture firms willing to give of their time with non-profits in need of design assistance.

SOLUTION

A strategy session involved both parties and resulted in a comprehensive information architecture and technical specifications document. Both parties agreed that creating a site that spoke to both architects and non-profits would be key. The result was innovative web architecture driven by a matching system that helped the One Percent Solution achieve their goal of providing pro-bono design to non-profits.
