For a lack of better words, Mud Bay had neglected their web presence. They had a 5-page static HTML site that was limited in pictures and messaging. Several FGI employees were satisfied customers of the popular pet store and the client was targeted a potential. After discussing strategy and implementation, Mud Bay decided to move forward with improving their overall look and feel, their visibility to their local customers and to match the superior level of customer service they provide on location.

SOLUTION

FGI wanted to focus on the quality of products and service that Mud Bay has provided to the community since 1988. A clean, simple design was implemented with an easy to use navigation. We also wanted to make sure that it was easy to find store locations and learn more information about dog and cat products and possible recalls.
